This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ, but can be flexible to candidates at other Johnson & Johnson Locations with demonstrated ability to work EST time zone requirements. Reporting to the MedTech Gross Profit (GP) Performance & Insights Finance Manager, this role will support E2E GP Margin insights for the MedTech business, and lead the consolidations, reporting and analysis of MedTech financial results. In addition, the successful candidate will partner across the MedTech Business Units, Regional, and Supply Chain Center leadership teams to collaborate and to shape, with a focus on value creation towards a better standardized state. **Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:** + Lead E2E GP Margin analysis through cross functional partnerships with Regional and Business Units and Supply Chain Center finance teams. + Lead the consolidation and analysis of various financial activities including business planning, forecast updates, long range financial planning, and latest thinkings. Drive insights to influence Regional and Business Units and Supply Chain Center finance teams. + Build and maintain worldwide financial analysis, dashboards, and quarterly reports to communicate financial results to MedTech Finance and MedTech Leadership to help support business decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and shape the organization. + Build business partner relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to drive process improvements with a focus on operational efficiency, forecast accuracy, and value add. + Support MedTech operating model to drive financial performance and deliver on financial commitments. **Qualifications** **Required:** + A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, with preference in finance or accounting. + A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience. + Candidate must possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills while working in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment. + Candidate must demonstrate strong financial analysis competencies and have a proven ability to think analytically and work collaboratively. + Individual must demonstrate an ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. + Individual must posses agility and an innovative mindset. + Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills are required. + This position requires a highly motivated individual with intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills. **Preferred:** + Digital enabled experience, examples include Think-Cell, Power BI and Alteryx experience. + MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other advanced degree(s) or financial certification(s). + Experience collaborating with leaders and influencing at all levels of the organization. + Ability to navigate a globally matrixed organization. **Other:** + This position may require up to 10% travel. **The anticipated base pay range for this position is :** $77,000- $124,200 Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
