Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst position is responsible for conducting analysis of sales, margin, and operational financial data. In this role, you will develop data-driven financial models that provide valuable insights for the business.

Responsibilities Conducts financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support strategic decision-making for all metrics impacting sales and marginCompiles and accurately complete close related tasks including journal entries, reconciliations and variance commentaryPerforms variance and trend analyses while highlighting risks and opportunities in relation to the plan, forecast, and/or prior months / yearsBuilds financial models and tools as necessary to analyze data and present out insights and recommend strategies for increasing financial performanceCompletes ad-hoc analyses that may require working independently or cross-functionally depending on requestGenerates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting (including but not limited to bridge results)Constructs financial models to facilitate informed and confident decision-makingEvaluates proposals, investment opportunities, profit plans, and operating recordsTransforms data into actionable reports and perform diverse analysesCollaborates with department heads on planning and budgeting activitiesOffers strategic guidance based on relevant financial dataIdentifies and assess risks to the company’s operationsDevelops assessment tools, including SOPs and workflow analyses, to evaluate company performanceSupervisory Responsibility: No Qualifications 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in healthcareBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldAdvanced Excel, including experience manipulating large datasetsExperience in developing and updating financial modelsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentSelf-driven with a proven track record in handling complex projectsStrategic and analytical thinking skillsExcellent presentation skills to articulate insights from dataUnquestionable integrity and trustworthinessInnovative problem-solving skills tailored to finance and accounting challengesPercentage of Travel: 0-25%

**To perform this role will require frequently sitting and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing (stairs/ladders). The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 1-10 lbs**
