Rapidly growing life sciences company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. This person willl play a critical role in the growth of the company and also get involved with strategy and M&A.

What you'll do:

Responsible for performing financial reporting and analysis on behalf of the companyIdentify trends in financial performance, identify risks & opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvementPrepare & standardize reports and projections based on analysisRoutine communication with all levels of the organization relating to core FP&A functions such as forecast, budget, financial close & analysis, key deliverables, strategic initiatives and other ad hoc tasksCross-functional business partner with Sales, Ops, and other core business unit leaders to provide data and help drive strategic decisionsResearch and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiriesResponsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.

Skills we're seeking:

Finance, Accounting, Business or related Bachelor's degree; MBA or CPA preferred2+ years of experience in financeExperience in a matrixed organization and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations and other financial software (VBA macros a plus)Precise, deadline-driven, mature-minded, organized, communicative and creative team memberStrategic thinker with ability to influence and "tell the story" with empirical data F-0495834-JPS_1751321363 To Apply for this Job Click Here
