Job DescriptionThe Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting restaurants within a geographical division by delivering actionable financial insights that drive key systems, forecasting, and scalable growth. The role focuses on reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional support while collaborating with senior leadership on ad hoc analysis and presentations.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Provide commentary on financial results, trends, and forecasts to support sales and profitabilityDeliver reporting packages and support Restaurant Partners with regular performance analysisSpecialize in a functional area and provide forecasting inputs and financial reviewsDevelop financial tools to identify trends and analyze business resultsAssist with cross-functional analysis (marketing spending, donations, ROI, campaign impact)Support implementation of systems and reporting enhancementsBuild financial presentations for internal use as neededTravel Requirements:
Up to 5%
Qualifications3+ years’ experience in multi-unit retail or restaurant industry financial analysis or equivalent experienceBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office and software tools for data extraction, manipulation, and analysisStrong analytical, written, and verbal skillsAbility to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyPreferred Qualifications:
