We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Responsabilidades:** Análisis de inventario: + Revisión de inventario mensual con el Gerente de materiales (garantiza que los materiales completen los inventarios y que sean precisos para los perpetuos) + Análisis de variación de inventario mensual, trimestral y anual y acumulaciones. + Revisión de conteos cíclicos semanales; se asegura de que el supervisor de conteos cíclicos esté completando los conteos diarios y se asegura de que los ajustes de conteos cíclicos de $500 y más sean investigados por Materiales y Producción. + Análisis de ajustes de inventario semanal: revisa las tendencias y realiza un seguimiento con los equipos de materiales y producción. + Revisa y audita el proceso de Implementación y Procedimiento de Conteos Cíclicos. Costeo, Contabilidad General y Control Interno: + Asegura que todos los productos se presupuesten con precisión y a tiempo. + Revisa los cambios de costos con Ingeniería. + Responsable de la parte financiera en la actualización de costos anuales. + Auditoría de BOM con Ingeniería cuando sea necesario. + Consolidación mensual de Plant Dashboards. + Coordinador de Inventario Físico Anual. + Reportes de scrap y tendencias. + Generar informes financieros para la planta según sea necesario. + Cierre de mes para US Books. + Contabilización de provisiones, amortizaciones, reclasificaciones y Bridges de P&L. + Informes de Hyperion para libros de EE. UU. + Conciliaciones mensuales del balance general. + Forecast Mensual. + Proyectar presupuesto anual. + Conciliación de activos fijos con el libro mayor y coordina el inventario físico anual con Cumplimiento comercial y de aduanas. + Responsabilidades de retención de registros. + Revisión de cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar. + Resumen de flujo de caja y conciliaciones bancarias. + Brinda soporte en Auditorías de Cumplimiento Comercial y Financiero Internas y Externas. + Apoyar al Controller con la revisión y auditoría completa del Cuestionario de Control Interno e informar cualquier cambio trimestralmente. **Autoridad:** Autorizar Depósitos bancarios a empleados y proveedores. Elaborar presupuestos **Requerimientos básicos:** + Carrera de Contador Público terminada y/o Licenciado en administración financiera y/o A fin. + Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en Contabilidad/Finanzas o puesto similar. + Experiencia en contabilidad de costos. + Experiencia en análisis de inventarios + Experiencia con MEX y US GAAP. + Ingles conversacional + Conocimiento en Microsoft Office **Requerimientos deseables:** + Experiencia en Sistemas MRP/ERP. + Conocimiento básico de los estándares de C-TPAT & OEA. + Capacidad para trabajar en situaciones de estrés y presión que requieran una acción inmediata. + Debe estar orientado a los detalles con fuertes habilidades organizativas y analíticas. + Gran iniciativa y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos, así como sólidas habilidades de seguimiento. + Gran iniciativa y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos, así como sólidas habilidades de seguimiento. + Licencia de conducir y visa vigente para viajar a USA. + Capacidad para trabajar bien con otros en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido con plazos ajustados.
