ABOUT YOU As a Senior Financial Analyst, you are a sharp, detail-oriented professional who thrives on using data and financial insight to drive better outcomes. You bring strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve performance and identify efficiencies. You communicate clearly across all levels, translating complex financial information into practical guidance, and you collaborate with confidence and credibility. Organized, adaptable, and committed to accuracy, you keep a close eye on both the details and the bigger picture, ensuring sound financial decisions that support operational success. What you will do: + Provide Develop and monitor the Aviation Department’s annual budget, analyzing performance, identifying variances, and recommending solutions to ensure alignment with financial goals. + Prepare detailed financial reports and cost-benefit analyses to support data-driven decision-making across Logan, Hanscom, and Worcester airports. + Collaborate closely with airport and accounting leadership to ensure transparency, accuracy, and effective financial communication. + Review financial transactions and reporting for compliance and accuracy; assist with monthly and annual close processes and contribute to external reporting requirements.
