Key Tasks * Lead annual budgeting processes and maintain financial data in budgeting systems * Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking * Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable visual insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams * Leverage tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to automate reporting and enhance data storytelling * Partner with business stakeholders to identify key metrics and develop visual solutions that drive strategic decision-making * Monitor departmental expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and donor requirements * Conduct monthly financial reviews, variance analysis, and provide accurate reporting * Collaborate with department leaders to support financial planning and identify cost-saving opportunities * Support revenue budgeting and financial management across multiple divisions * Assist with month- and year-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations * Deliver financial training and tools to staff with budget responsibilities * Contribute to board reporting and financial forecasting * Recommend improvements to financial systems and reporting processes
