Our Therma Tru Butler Manufacturing plant is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with and advise the operations team and Senior Senior Financial Analyst Manager on cost drivers, Wholesale and Retail operations financial analysis, and inventory.
Position location: Butler, IN - Hybrid
RESPONSIBLIITIES:
What you will be doing
Reporting and analysis of financial data for manufacturing expenses and key performance indicatorsHelp develop the annual plant budgets and monthly forecasts with Senior Finance Analyst.Communicate periodic actual plant results compared to budgets, forecasts and prior periods focused primarily on variance reporting, and productivity metricsSupport standard plant cost and overhead development reporting.Assist in the monthly and Y/E financial closing process by reviewing and analyzing key plant activity, costs & performance vs. forecast/operating planAssist inventory team on processes and impacts on the financials including obsolete inventory analysis & driving mitigation with product, manufacturing and other Therma Tru teamsPartner with Senior Senior Financial Analyst in reconciling daily production metrics including scrap and labor efficienciesPerform ad hoc assigned tasks, including special projects, analysis, and communication as needed to support operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field required1+ years of experience in business, finance, accounting, or related field required. 2+ years of experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management skillsContinuously seeks opportunities to enhance knowledge and processesAdditional Information

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
