As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll drive financial accuracy and compliance by proactively reviewing business submissions and maintaining strict global deadlines. You'll perform detailed financial analysis to support robust forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring effective cost control and precise reporting for specific channels within the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive timely and accurate financial reporting by meticulously reviewing all submissions to meet regional and global deadlines. Your strong understanding of their potential impact will be crucial in ensuring data integrity. Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the annual budget and monthly forecasting process through thorough analysis. You'll partner with the organization to evaluate key forecast assumptions and ensure all submissions meet financial expectations. Assume regional controller responsibilities for specific cost centers.Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, required Minimum of 3 years of experience of related work Experience with strategic planning and implementation, required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, required Basic understanding of accounting with experience, required Experience with BI system required, PowerBI preferredPreferred Experience and Skills:
Experience with fast-moving consumer goods and services, preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to share detailed information to various levels of the organization Self-sufficient and proactive aptitude to solving problemsCompensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $100,000-$115,000 with bonus potential
