The Qualtrics FP&A team is looking for someone to join us and have a major impact on the company’s financial performance. With our aggressive financial growth and ever-changing environment, we need a highly motivated self-starter to join our best-in-class group. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who wants to make an impact on a fast-growing business, can conduct regular financial reporting, and can make strategic recommendations for the company.

This role will be focused on supporting our IT department and will collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders of that area.

\n\nProactively analyze financial and business data for strategic decision-making for the IT department\nPartner with IT team to create ROI cases for software application initiatives\nLead in P&L reporting (budgeting, reporting and forecasting) for all of IT\nImprove and maintain company budgeting processes\nMake process recommendations within the company\n\n

What We're Looking for on Your Resume

\n\nBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting\n4-7 years of experience in FP&A\nExperience in IT Finance\nCollaborative team-work mentality\nA hunger for personal and professional development\n\n
