The WWR&R Finance team seeks a self-driven Senior Financial Analyst excited about solving complex problems that have a customer facing impact, require strategic long-term thinking. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will build the tools, analyses, and touchpoints to business partners that will inform all stake holders of the WWRR business achievements. WWRR finance works closely with operations, tech, and finance teams to influence the strategic direction of the business, drive operational excellence, help define roadmaps, and provide guidance and reporting. Key job responsibilities Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) Finance seeks a Finance Leader to join our FP&A organization. You will own key financial reporting and alignment, develop key processes around the organization's goals, and to perform financial analyses of major business events. You will become a valued business partner by focusing on core finance functions, identifying and publishing key metrics and work on special projects to achieve optimal performance. Basic Qualifications - A degree - Relevant experience in a finance role leading a project or programme and partnering with multiple stakeholders within a business - Relevant experience working with Excel, reporting tools and large-scale data mining tools, such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau - Relevant experience in financial modelling Preferred Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in finance, Mathematics, or Economics - Experience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challenges - Experience of working in a large team or fast-paced, corporate environment - Experience of making strategic business decisions and manage internal relationships Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
