Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Finance is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Pharmaceuticals Direct Materials Procurement team.
Preferred location for the role is Zug, Switzerland, but the role is open for other J&J locations in EMEA.

**About the Role:**
The IMSC Source Finance Senior Analyst will own the consolidation and reporting of global third-party spend and PPV. This role will be a key partner to Innovative Medicine global procurement and provide financial leadership including spend optimization, delivery of financial targets, and driving the Global Source value creation agenda. This role will also provide analytical support to deliver key insights and build strategic partnerships with Innovative Medicine Supply Chain teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead big-data analytics to forecast, track and analyze Purchase Price Variance (PPV) to support procurement, IMPO, and manufacturing site finance teams, including Cost Improvement Projects and market driven cost fluctuations
+ Strategically partner with the business through leading Standard Cost Setting, Long Range Financial Plan, Full Year Business Plan, and other forecast cycles
+ Influence and recommend sourcing solutions to optimize value creation, while providing accurate input on COGS and negotiation strategies to drive the best position for J&J
+ Support procurement investment and cash flow initiatives, developing financial models/scenarios to drive data-based decisions, assessing comprehensive impact of trade-offs, and supporting portfolio prioritization
+ Serve as a leader and change agent in SigniFi workflows and adaption
+ Ensure compliance with respect to PPV, Cost Improvement Projects (CIP), general accounting and business policies/procedures
**Qualifications**
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance. MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred
+ A minimum of 4 years of finance or related business experience is required
+ This role requires sophisticated analytical skills and an ability to make sound recommendations to business leaders based on analysis of large data sets. Advanced Excel skills, experience with SAP and familiarity with Analytics/Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) are required.
+ The ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization, including interacting with senior management, and navigate a highly matrixed structure
+ Candidate must thrive in ambiguity and be self-motivated to take initiatives to drive business results
