Join our dynamic team as a Corporate Senior FP&A Analyst in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment! In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in preparing Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Board presentations, Earnings materials, and a variety of high-impact ad hoc analyses for the management committee. As a central liaison across the broader finance and accounting organization, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, driving insights and delivering meaningful narratives behind the numbers.
We’re looking for someone who can build strong partnerships, bring sharp analytical thinking, and effectively communicate financial results to both internal and external audiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Compiling and analyzing financial information for use by management in decision-making
· Responsible for monthly roll-over of files, review for accuracy, update for changes as needed
· Responsible for FX analysis past, present and future impacts
· Responsible for organic sales variance explanations
· Responsible for the LE process
· Responsible for the preparation of all Executive Packages, for quarter-end close as well as ad hoc requests
· Responsible for the preparation of the MBR deck (presented by Corp FP&A VP at monthly business review)
· Leading business reviews for select regions and product groups
· Drive strong change management practices to build efficiencies
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or other degrees combined with relevant professional experience
· 3 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting functions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Experience with Hyperion, Anaplan and ERPs
· Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skill
· Systems savvy, ideally with experience with financial planning and reporting tools (HFM, DSIPLAN, Anaplan, SDET)
· Experience working in large global company with complex structure and reporting
· Advanced communication skills
· Exceptional planning, organizational skills and project management
