Position Overview 

Autodesk is seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Business Partner (FBP) to support our Emerging Business Customer Success organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is excited to support a diverse portfolio of acquired businesses with varying systems and processes. You will play a key role in driving financial insights, enabling scalable operations, and partnering with business leaders to support sustainable growth. In this capacity you will serve as a trusted financial advisor, guiding and providing insights on investments, portfolio analysis and technology decision support, while adhering to your fiduciary duties as a member of the finance organization. 

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to Customer Success leadership teams, providing insights on investment strategies, resource allocation, and financial impact

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of acquired and integrating businesses

Build and maintain dynamic capacity and headcount models to support operational and strategic planning

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide transparency into business performance and KPIs; analyzing and articulating the financial impact of investments and driving maximized ROI 

Support integration efforts of newly acquired businesses by aligning financial processes and reporting standards

Drive ad-hoc financial analyses and models to inform and support recommendations and business cases 

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred 

5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role

Proficiency in SQL, with experience in Snowflake or similar data platforms

Expertise in Power BI or other business intelligence tools

Experience working with multiple CRM and ERP systems

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various stakeholders

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
