In this role, you will provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budgets, and forecasts. You will work closely with key business partners, stakeholders global controllers at various levels to support decision-making processes. Your expertise will help drive business goals and contribute to the success of our organization.

This role is contributing to the Financial Analysis Team Leader in Poland. Main stakeholders are managers from the global business services center in Kraków, financial controllers from the ABB Group, and other key decision-makers who rely on financial insights and reporting to drive business performance.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with business controllers to shape and improve business performance

Supporting the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Validating the accuracy of financial data and business information

Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing presentations, and offering recommendations

Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements

Performing and coordinating all activities related to the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes

Collaborating with other departments (e.g., FP&A, operations, HR) to gather necessary closing information

You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications:

You are highly skilled in financial planning and analysis methodologies and the global business services sector

Have at least 5 years of experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering to support decision-making based on cost and revenue analysis

Highly adept in advanced Excel and SAP; experience with CFIN and writing macros in Excel is a strong asset

Possess an enhanced knowledge of VBA and Power BI, providing added value in automation and data visualization

You are passionate about financial accuracy and captivated by supporting strategic decisions through insightful analysis

Experienced in end-of-month close activities and preparing detailed reports for managers and financial controllers

You enjoy working with data-driven tools and collaborative environments within the global finance operations landscape

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field

You are at ease communicating in English

You hold current VISA/work permit valid in Poland
