Senior Finance Systems Analyst Job ID 216037 Posted 23-Apr-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) Dallas - Texas - United States of America, Minneapolis - Minnesota - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE Senior Finance Systems Analyst, you will have extensive experience working with Yardi Voyager and Kyriba Treasury Management System as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The role will involve acting as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for enhancements and new solutions within the technical stack supporting the Treasury and Payments Functions within the Investment Accounting and Reporting line of business. This contributor will be responsible for the deployment of the Yardi Voyager and Kyriba TMS Platforms, working with the team on system upgrades, and providing technical support and troubleshooting for various applications. **What You’ll Do:** + Scope and document business requirements including as-is and future state diagrams. + Prepare gap analysis between local solutions and external solutions available in Yardi Voyager, Kyriba and other industry platforms. + Create project plans and other required documents. + Manage the project deliverables, timeline, and stakeholders. + Work with the team on system upgrades and implementation of new functionality. + Analyze and clarify internal and external business operating requirements. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Yardi, Predict AP, Kyriba, & Coupa. + Ensure applications run smoothly and efficiently. + Collaborate with Treasury stakeholders to gather and document project requirements for new features or enhancements. + Work with internal and external resources to solution for issues at hand or new initiatives for process enhancement. + Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure applications meet business requirements and function correctly. + Create and maintain detailed documentation for applications, including user guides, technical manuals, and process flows. + Manage the Treasury & Payments backlog and roadmap and update the status of backlog items accordingly for weekly backlog meetings. + Work with external vendors to manage ongoing projects, application updates, patches, and support. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. · Thorough understanding and expertise in Yardi Voyager (5 years minimum) and Kyriba TMS is required. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills. The minimum salary for this position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
