Position Purpose/Summary
This role will cover the responsibilities of HBS KOREA\nService Finance Leader & HBS KOREA FP&A

KEY INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES\n/ DELIVERABLES
•             To be a\nbusiness partner with business leaders and functional stakeholders in driving\nfinancial performance.
•             Own,\nmanage and standardize key business and financial processes such as the Annual\nOperating Plan (AOP), Monthly Business Review (MBR), Working capital, Month end\nclosing, financial analysis and forecasts and drive results in P&L, Balance\nSheet and FCF.
•             Lead\naccounting & management projects and productivity reviews such as bids\nreview and is responsible for ensuring project review compliance.
•             Providing\nin-depth analysis to support decision-making
•             Driving\nbusiness performance and strategy

Key Success Factors (Key\nMetrics / KPIs / Deliverables)
•             Driver\nOrders, Revenue, OI, WC and FCF
•             Business\npartnering to Regional General Managers and cross functional team.
•             Internal\nControls and Compliance
•             Strong\nat Financial System (SAP, FDS, Digital Finance)
•             Project\nAccounting / Financial Analysis, Reconciliation and Forecast
•             Involve\nin collection activities to optimize progress billings.Qualifications/ Experience/\nKnowledge
Job Specifications: General

Required Licenses,\nAccreditations / clearances / statutory requirements              
•             AICPA\npreferred
Education / Qualifications          
•             Bachelor’s\nDegree on Accounting or Finance
Experience
•             Over\n10 years’ experience on Accounting or Finance field
•             Over 2\nyears’ experience in Commercial Finance and FP&A
Professional Skills / Knowledge
•             USGAAP
•             Project\nAccounting / Management
