We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to drive CFIN, BW, and SAC Adoption within the Electrification Smart Power (ELSP). This role will focus on driving the adoption of Central Finance (CFIN), Business Warehouse (BW), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions across the organization. You will serve as a key liaison point for ELSP towards Group and Business Area in relation to activities and projects targeted towards adoption of CFIN and related architecture. The successful candidate will also be responsible for Global Product Group controlling of one sizeable cost product group within ELSP.
The work model for the role is: hybrid/remote. This is a global position with preference for candidates in Europe (Italy or Poland).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives to promote the adoption and effective use of CFIN, BW, and SAC within the ELSP organization.Provide expertise and support in the implementation and optimization of CFIN, BW, and SAC solutions.Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance user understanding and engagement with the financial tools.Drive & Support internal initiatives aimed at improving data quality to gain speed and accuracy on business data intelligence for operational management (e.g., channel, industry usage, product GUID / CID, PO reference, trading partner and partner profit center, etc.).Manage Global Product Group controlling for one cost product group, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis. The aim would be to monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (primarily across ELSP global and local teams, Business Area FP&A and ABB group controlling and FP&A teams) to ensure seamless integration of financial processes and reporting systems.Maintain a strong understanding of ABB’s accounting, controlling, and related processes to ensure compliance and best practices.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s level degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant finance-related rolesStrong understanding of accounting and controlling processes, internal ABB experience is preferred.Working experience with CFIN, SAC, SAP BW, ABACUS, ATLAS, Power BI within ABB or similar environments. Ability in managing mass data by using ABB tools and methodologyStrong communication skills with ability to influence across multiple levels and functionsFluent in English (written and spoken)Great team player with level up thinking / collaboration spiritAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote/ hybrid work environment.We value people from different backgrounds.
