We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Analytics & Power BI Specialist to join our team. This role requires a unique combination of strong financial analysis expertise and advanced technical skills in data visualization, specifically using Power BI. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports, turning complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Your role:
· Develop, enhance, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards for financial reporting, forecasting, and business insights.
· Translate financial data into clear, meaningful visualizations that support strategic decision-making.
· Conduct detailed financial analyses, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.
· Work closely with Finance, Controlling, and Business Leadership teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all reports and dashboards.
· Automate manual reporting processes using Power BI and advanced Excel techniques.
· Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support business cases and initiatives.
· Continuously identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and analytical capabilities.
· Train and support colleagues in interpreting dashboards.
Your expertise:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Intelligence, or a related role
· Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, dashboard design, etc.)
· Advanced Excel skills (incl. VBA and AfO - Analysis for Office)
· Good understanding of financial statements, key performance indicators, and financial planning processes
· High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
· Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
· Fluent in English
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2500 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
