Senior Finance Manager FP&A

Job Overview:

As the FP&A Team Leader for LAC, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, best practices, and strategic initiatives across multiple countries. This role involves coordinating efforts among country Team Leaders, driving process improvements, and aligning regional activities with organizational goals.

You will adopt a mindset of continuous improvement to drive change in finance processes and operations by leading selected projects and initiatives. As a thought partner and strategic advisor, you will create and present analyses and insights to function leadership to actively influence decision-making.

This role is well-suited for someone comfortable with hands-on analysis who is also eager to understand and improve processes along the way. 

This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Your primary areas of responsibility will include:

·       Leading support for the consolidation of regional month-end closing and forecasting activities.

·       Developing and implementing regional strategies aligned with the overall FP&A organization objectives, as well as leading projects to enhance LAC-wide financial processes.

·       Driving the adoption of best practices and standardized processes across countries and collaborating with leadership to define regional goals and performance metrics.

·       Leading, mentoring, and supporting country Team Leaders to ensure effective performance, facilitating knowledge sharing and cross-country collaboration.

·       Monitoring and ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables across the region.

·       Identifying and proactively addressing operational challenges and leading initiatives to promote innovation and continuous improvement within the region.

·       Acting as the primary regional point of contact for internal stakeholders and communicating regional updates, achievements, and challenges to the Leader.

·       Fostering strong relationships with country teams and other regional functions.

Experience Required:

·       At least 8-10 years of financial analysis experience within a multinational organization, in a managerial role.

·       Proven experience managing cross-country or regional teams.

·       Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to craft impactful storytelling to support business decisions.

·       Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros, along with the ability to create structured, impactful presentations in PowerPoint.

·       Finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA); experience with ERP tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

·       Effective at prioritizing multiple tasks and collaborating to resolve impactful business challenges.

·       Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory; additional regional languages are a plus.
