The** **role will** **deliver** **financial** **analysis, process** **redesign,** **and** **commercial** **insight through** **cross functional** **collaboration.** _This position is a 12 -month fixed term contract_ **Core Responsibilities** ​ + Lead the finance workstream within an initiative, ensuring accurate structuring and insights throughout the project lifecycle. + Analyze data, customer contracts and terms to support modeling and decision-making. + Develop and document updated finance Ways of Working aligned with data hierarchies and reporting requirements. + Support allocation of cost elements (e.g., Trade Investments, Marketing, overheads) to facilitate accurate analysis, planning, and investment evaluation). + Build and validate forecasted P&Ls, maintaining consistency and integrity across all periods. + Facilitate the integration of project outcomes into ICPs, JBPs, Financial Plans, Estimates, and Actual reporting by collaborating closely with Finance Business Partner and teams + Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Development, Finance Business Partners, and Legal to ensure finance requirements are embedded across systems and reporting tools + Engage with the Business Unit Leadership Team and senior partners by delivering relevant financial insights and project updates. + Participate actively in organisational change management and communication activities to embed new financial processes and secure partner alignment. + Report financial implications, risks, and project progress to finance leadership and key partners. **Play your part in our team succeeding** As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be part of the local Business Unit Team and the broader Market Group Finance organization, playing a critical role in supporting all financial aspects of a key strategic project. You will contribute to shaping the financial foundations of the future operating model ensuring accuracy, insight, and alignment throughout the change process. Your work will directly support the success of the project and enable long-term growth and scalability for the organization. **Do you have what it takes ?** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBAor equivalent professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred. + Extensive experience of progressive finance experience, ideally including roles in financialplanning & analysis, finance transformation, or business partnering. + Proven experience delivering finance workstreams within businesstransformation or structural change initiatives, with clear accountability foroutcomes. + Solid track record of contributing to or supporting cross-functional finance ortransformation projects, ideally involving changes to financial structures,systems, or reporting. + Solid understanding of P&L management, cost allocation, budgeting,forecasting, and financial reporting. + Background in large international manufacturing or sophisticated retailenvironments, with a deep understanding of commercial operations, sales processes, and governance practices. + Strong understanding of commercial and strategic aspects, capable of crafting and implementing financial solutions that align with changing business models. + Proficient in influencing and collaborating with senior collaborators across departments, serving as a trusted expert in project discussions and decision-making scenarios. + Comfortable working independently in dynamic and ambiguous contexts,making informed financial judgments aligned with business goals. + Sophisticated analytical and financial planning skills, with a proven track record toderive insights from complex data sets and translate them into practical,actionable recommendations. + Strong command of financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, BW, Power BI,advanced Excel), with a focus on driving process efficiency and ensuring dataintegrity. + Clear and structured in communicating financial matters, adapting messagesfor different audiences and contributing effectively to cross-functionaldiscussions. + Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused, with a continuous improvement demeanourand the ability to spot opportunities in change. + Experience working across matrixed environments, with an appreciation fordiverse stakeholder needs and organizational complexity. \#EL - LI1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
