The Senior Finance Manager, FP&A is responsible for our central financial planning and analytic requirements to drive financial performance. This leader, as a member of the Cytiva FP&A team, will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our financial processes and is expected to embrace contemporary digital finance capabilities as well as the COE support structure.
What you will do:
Assist in closing, forecasting, and reporting total Cytiva results, providing in-depth analytics and commentary to senior leadership along with assisting with the financial and operational statistical submissions to Danaher Corporate and manage total Cytiva monthly bowlers reporting.Help to manage the annual budget and monthly forecasting process across the Cytiva finance teams while acting as a key partner to the Controllership team to ensure accurate financial statements.Act as a challenging / validating function to operational and commercial finance leads when pacing and forecasting financial performance.Help drive continuous improvement in FP&A financial planning and reporting tools (Onestream, Qlik), including a focus on continuous process improvement automation and standard work creation.Support internal SOX audit and external audit requests.Coordinate ad-hoc analytics based on business needs.Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and 8 years or more of financial work experience developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews along with demonstrated progressive financial experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems (Oracle and OneStream preferred).Strong analytic skills, proven ability to summarize complex data sets into key takeaways for the senior leadership team along with the clear ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and create positive outcomesHigh degree of business acumen and ability to interface with executive management, and the proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, adapt to changing priorities, and execute ad hoc requests.Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
