Our two other solution hubs, Publicis Sapient and Publicis Commerce, empower businesses to embrace digital transformation and equip them with a total commerce experience. **Overview** Publicis Groupe is seeking a detail-oriented Finance / Senior Finance Executive to support our financial operations and reporting processes. **Responsibilities** As a Finance Executive, you will support in media finance operations, including but not limited to: + Perform monthly, quarterly, annual financial close with high accuracy and timeliness + Ensure that all management reports submitted within deadline. Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to be carried out with insightful analysis and developing process to ensure quality reporting variances to be fully explained + Assist in forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring that the numbers are reliable, stable and accurate. + Strong partnership with the commercial finance team on the full spectrum of financial planning and analysis. + Manage internal reporting requirements on various basis. + Involved in developing process improvements and system implementation/migration **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business. + Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience. + Tech savvy with Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). + Strong knowledge of IT systems: Spectra, Oracle Hyperion, SAP. + Strong organizational skills, analytical and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment. + Ability to manage multiple tasks/deliverables simultaneously. + Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Prior experience in audit would be preferred.
