Position Summary: The Senior Finance Coordinator will be responsible for managing and reconciling incoming payments, addressing customer queries, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep records of incoming payments and reconcile them with the company's financial records.Address customer queries regarding payments, investigate discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.Handle the processing of incoming payments efficiently and accurately.Identify and resolve any discrepancies in payments to ensure accurate financial records.Generate reports as required by management and maintain up-to-date customer files, including changes in name, address, or mergers.Handle the processing of credit memos, refunds, and vendor setup forms accurately and efficiently.Provide training to new employees to ensure they understand payment processing procedures and maintain accuracy in financial records.
 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in "Accounting" / "Finance" or a high school diploma with a second European language other than English (minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field).Typically, a minimum of 1 year of experience in the specialty is required.Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.Good organizational and time management skills.Confidence in effectively handling sensitive information and data.Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while achieving high-quality results.Good oral and written communication skills.Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization and external vendors.Attention to detail.Working knowledge of accounting principles.Very good command of the English language.
 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to generate and analyze financial reports.Experience in handling credit memos, refunds, and vendor setup forms.Capability to train new employees on payment processing procedures.Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve payment discrepancies.
