Job Responsibilities:

 

Full ownership of the P&L and balance sheet statements for the entity in the scope. Accurate budgeting and forecasting for the accounts of the role. Prepare financial analysis and control. Drive various initiatives for optimization of financial performance. Support of the monthly financial statements and preparation of the monthly review. Provide expert financial and accounting advice to local stakeholders and other departments. Apply critical thinking and challenge the inputs of the others. Proactive development/ improvement/ stabilization of new processes. Drive constant process automation and optimization. Responsible for the recurring and ad-hoc reporting of the entity in scope. 

  

Job Requirements:

 

Bachelor degree in Finance/ Economics/ Business Administration (Master’s degree is an advantage). 4+ years of professional experience in finance (experience in controlling is a very strong advantage) Ability to prioritize topics and present complex relationships concisely. Ability to process, coordinate and control complex tasks under time pressure. Experience in dealing with the information systems used (SAP). Strong IT affinity as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Structured, transparent and responsible way of working. Willingness to learn and to drive continuous improvement. Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
