Job DescriptionSupport cross-function tasks to ensure smooth business processProviding ad-hoc data and customized reports for internal usageDevelop and manage budgeting and forecasting process on sales and local SG&A cost for Sales and Customer Service business unitPrepare monthly cashflow forecastMonthly report - actively involve to preparing, consolidate and reporting company situationCreate feasibility study on new Brand Stores, Dealers, and ProjectsPerform analysis on actual number against target and last-year by channel and categoryReview actual vs budget on sales cost to serve, marketing spending, promoter, tactical sales promo and SG&A costKeeping track of all collections from customer and incoming payment both in retail and project salesResponsible to ensure Statement of Account is well executed to the customersResponsible to review dealer claim against trade term agreementMonthly reconcilation for Customer/Supplier accounts on payment deductions including collect withholding tax to be billedResponsible to review sales bonus provision vs actual achievement by customerPrepare monthly business review analysis and presentationAnalyze Customer and Product ProfitabilityPrepare Investment report and Corporate Credit Risk ReportSupport for monthly and annual closing processCalculate Inventory Provision and Account Receivable Provision on monthly basisResponsible for DSO reportingPrepare monthly and annual IFRS report SEM-BCSSupport external audit process and prepare statutory financial statements reportingMonthly GL accrual clearing including sales bonus, retail compensation, and manual accrual expensePreparing sales management report on monthly basisQualificationsBachelor degree with majoring in Accounting/Financial ManagementMinimum 3-5 years of experience of using SAP FICO field and cost control preferably from Retail or FMCG industryStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and team collaborationFamiliar with local taxation and accounting standardHaving Excellent Financial Planning and Budgeting skillsHaving intermediate Financial Analysis skillHaving knowledge about Cash Flow ManagementHaving the experience as an external auditor is an advantageAdditional InformationHR Contact Person: Nahda Miftah
