Now, we’re looking for a **Senior Finance Controller** to join our **Water Treatment Engineering (WTE)** team and help shape the future of finance at Grundfos.
**What You’ll Do**
As a Senior Finance Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring financial compliance, driving process optimization, and delivering accurate and timely reporting across our global operations. You will be the go-to expert for finance controlling and accounting matters, supporting both performance units and legal entities.
**Your main responsibilities will include:**
+ Leading monthly and year-end reporting in line with Grundfos GAAP and local statutory requirements.
+ Managing relationships with statutory outsourcing partners and external auditors.
+ Delivering accurate performance reporting at unit and profit center levels.
+ Driving harmonization, automation, and simplification of global finance processes.
+ Supporting compliance excellence and internal control improvements.
+ Developing and mentoring finance teams to master Grundfos GAAP and systems like SAP, Cognos, and PMA.
+ Owner of balance sheets
+ Owner of cost allocations
+ Ensure optimal control environment at legal entity level
+ Drive efficient company structure and capital structure with Tax and Treasury
+ Drive efficient performance unit / profit center structure
+ Manage collections in close collaboration with strategic credit managers
+ Act as a Company Secretary
+ Be main contact to local authorities, local auditors and local outsourcing partner
**What We’re Looking For**
+ A **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Finance, Accounting, or a related field – or equivalent work experience.
+ Proven experience in financial controlling, ideally in a multinational or complex organizational setup.
+ Strong knowledge of GAAP (Grundfos and local), statutory reporting, and audit processes.
+ A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
