We’re hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner to take on a key strategic role within our Northern European Cluster. This individual contributor role is based in Altorf, Massy (France), or Namur (Belgium), and supports a business with revenues exceeding $70M. You’ll act as a financial advisor to senior leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams across the region to drive financial performance and support business decision-making. Key responsibilities are to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the cluster, while also providing meaningful insights into business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll analyze trends, enhance financial models to improve forecasting accuracy, and partner with stakeholders to guide strategic initiatives. Although this role has no direct reports, you’ll play a critical role in shaping financial strategy and influencing outcomes across the cluster.
