Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated expert to join our team as a Senior Finance Business Partner for UK&I! This finance role is suited to an expert with strong communication and analytical skills. Finance business partners must understand the organization and participate in discussions and debates. You are tasked with sharing and presenting financial information to assist in key decision-making processes, directing focus where vital, as well as challenging the business on its plans. You will have experience in managing key stakeholder relationships as you will partner with senior-level operational managers.
You will be a strategic partner who is innovative, builds business value, and is a key member of the team who looks forward and provides meaningful information whilst giving key insights to drive performance!
Job Responsibilities:
Contribution to all key strategic and commercial decisions and planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive long-term performance. Develop partnerships and relationships with finance teams and partners to develop a deep understanding of expectations, demands, and internal processes. Actively look for ways to challenge costs that are incurred in the organization. Daily contact with executives across the organization to ensure the financial impact of decisions is fully understood. Detailed analysis of departmental performance and cost drivers. Support the development of business initiatives, including the financial analysis of new business proposals. Analyzing, strategizing, and monitoring of ongoing projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance, or ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. Excellent written and verbal English skills. Excellent IFRS knowledge and application experience. Proven track record of business partnering. Excellent business orientation, with understanding of key drivers, issues, constraints, etc. of the business. Ability to understand complex issues and ambiguity, and implement innovative solutions to problems Strong financial analysis background. A driver of change and constantly looking for improvements. Pro-active behaviors that demonstrate initiative and positive work ethic to ensure activities are delivered to the required time, budget and quality. Strong planning and prioritizing according to business needs.
