What You’ll Be Doing
Lead business planning and financial performance initiatives, including volume forecasting, scenario planning, revenue management, and cost impact analysis through OB/IBP cycles.Collaborate with the DI&A team to assess market conditions, analyze macro/microeconomic factors, and support revenue growth across nicotine and tobacco categories.Partner with Commercial teams to provide expert financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and influence decisions to achieve Net Revenue and Operating Income targets.Act as the key point of contact between the business and finance, ensuring alignment of strategic priorities and financial execution.Co-pilot with the senior management team in New Zealand, providing financial insights and supporting decision-making at the leadership level.Collaborate with offshore finance teams to ensure seamless integration of reporting, forecasting, and financial processes across markets.Enable and support compliance with financial controls, including SOX and operational governance, while identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and process improvement.Mentor and coach GBS teams, sharing market insights to enhance reporting capabilities and build financial acumen across the organization.Contribute to strategic initiatives, including trading terms execution, WLP management, ROI evaluation, and coordination with regional headquarters.Who We’re Looking For
You are:
Experienced in business planning, forecasting, and financial leadership, with 10+ years in a multinational or FMCG environment.Skilled in budget preparation, financial modelling, and management reporting, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.A proven leader, having worked in a managerial or supervisory capacity for 3–5 years.Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong numerical and data modelling skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI.A confident communicator who thrives under pressure and can work independently to meet tight deadlines.Why Join Us?
