**What’s the role about?**
This isn’t just a job - it’s a launchpad. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced Finance Business Partners and operational leaders, gaining hands-on experience in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. **Your key responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate daily with Finance Business Partners to analyze performance and financial data.
+ Support budgeting and forecasting processes and help shape the financial story behind our operations.
+ Dive into data to uncover trends, propose actions, and support key business decisions.
+ Work with global finance teams and project managers to track progress and drive improvements of various projects.
+ Learn how to use tools like SAP FICO and Bluebook to manage real-world financial operations.
+ Lead and evaluate financial systems adjustments in collaboration with Financial Planning & Analytics.
**Your background:**
+ A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or data science.
+ A proactive, structured approach with a passion for diving deep into data and models.
+ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Excel.
+ Participation and achievement in academic competitions are regarded as advantageous.
+ Good command of English, both written and spoken.
+ 1–3 years of experience in Finance, ideally with SAP FICO is a plus.
