WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A talented finance professional with a degree in Economics or Finance and 3-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Cost Controlling, Forecasting within an international companyPrevious experience in Operations Finance, manufacturing controlling or working with factories is a plusProficient English and advance MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power BIThe ideal candidate can thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, while working collaboratively and influencing othersAttention to detail and a willingness to challenge the status quoStrong analytical and interpersonal skills are essentialFast learner of systems and agile in operating with underlying data structures

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Work closely with Factory Controllers’ teams to prepare, consolidate, and reconcile forecast submissions, report actuals, and perform variance analysis of actuals versus forecastBe proactive about simplifying, standardizing and automating processes to free up time for supporting Factory Controllers with proactive financial analysis and insights within the assigned cost category Lead or be part of process improvement initiatives, continuously improving ways of working in line with the latest industry trends Ensure forecast accuracy for the assigned cost category, system maintenance, and compliance with controls, including SOX
