Meaningful Work From Day One

The Senior Finance Analyst provides support and analytical insights to the organization with strong working relationships with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain and Accounting. Responsible for Korea’s financial planning and forecasting and operating expense management to drive business decisions and strategic resource allocation.

What You Can Expect

As a finance business partner, you will:
●    Provide financial base for operative decisions and strategic guidelines through profitability analysis on product and customer level.
●    Analyze variances in channel and customer pricing and discounts and explain their drivers.
●    Support annual and quarterly financial planning/forecasting processes, providing analysis and collaborative support with Commercial and Marketing in building and presenting plans.
●    Actively participate in rolling forecasting and budget planning, especially with focus on pricing and trade spend.
●    Monitor monthly performance against the target and provide analysis of monthly business results with clear, compelling communication of key drivers of performance trends and potential risks and opportunities.
●    Prepare meaningful and actionable reports/presentations relating to actuals, budget and forecasts.
●    Be the first point of contact for Marketing - Brand Expense budget controlling.
●    Responsible for planning, data integrity, variance analysis and management of reports with a focus on Brand Expense, COGs, and SG&A.
●    Proactively partner with BI resource to secure accurate content in the area of pricing and discounts.
●    Support in improving internally used BI tools (esp. KAMS, Newton).

●    Responsible for master data maintenance and data integrity in planning & forecasting process - SAP/KAMS: brands/customers.
●    Support Ad-hoc analysis, special projects and support in all other areas of Finance.
●    Represent Finance function in special, cross-functional projects.
●    Support Finance Manager in daily basis Finance activities.

What You Bring to the Table

●    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
●    Strong commercial & finance acumen and background with 5+ years of FP&A experience.
●    Experience in the alcoholic beverage and/or FMCG industry is a plus.
●    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
●    SAP knowledge and advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
