Responsible for Korea’s financial planning and forecasting and operating expense management to drive business decisions and strategic resource allocation. **What You Can Expect** As a finance business partner, you will: ● Provide financial base for operative decisions and strategic guidelines through profitability analysis on product and customer level. ● Analyze variances in channel and customer pricing and discounts and explain their drivers. ● Support annual and quarterly financial planning/forecasting processes, providing analysis and collaborative support with Commercial and Marketing in building and presenting plans. ● Actively participate in rolling forecasting and budget planning, especially with focus on pricing and trade spend. ● Monitor monthly performance against the target and provide analysis of monthly business results with clear, compelling communication of key drivers of performance trends and potential risks and opportunities. ● Prepare meaningful and actionable reports/presentations relating to actuals, budget and forecasts. ● Be the first point of contact for Marketing - Brand Expense budget controlling. ● Responsible for planning, data integrity, variance analysis and management of reports with a focus on Brand Expense, COGs, and SG&A. ● Proactively partner with BI resource to secure accurate content in the area of pricing and discounts. ● Support in improving internally used BI tools (esp. KAMS, Newton). ● Responsible for master data maintenance and data integrity in planning & forecasting process - SAP/KAMS: brands/customers. ● Support Ad-hoc analysis, special projects and support in all other areas of Finance. ● Represent Finance function in special, cross-functional projects. ● Support Finance Manager in daily basis Finance activities. **What You Bring to the Table** ● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. ● Strong commercial & finance acumen and background with 5+ years of FP&A experience. ● Experience in the alcoholic beverage and/or FMCG industry is a plus. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English. ● SAP knowledge and advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. **What Makes You Unique** ● Ability to influence, lead and build relationships cross-functionally (Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain and Accounting). ● Imparting finance know-how and mindset to the Commercial and Marketing functions to ensure that they are aligned to the company’s financial goals. ● Bringing finance “closer to the people” by communicating financials in a manner that is relevant and understandable to the different functions. ● Problem-solving & strategic agility. **Who We Are** We believe great people build great brands.
