**The role involves financial ownership of the AMS region for the Global Account, ensuring effective financial management across Offices and Data Centers to meet Client and CBRE requirements.**
**As a key finance team member, you'll support the AMS Finance Lead and collaborate with the Global Financial Reporting and Planning teams. This position requires strong client-facing skills and involves month-end processes, reporting, forecasts, and planning cycles, with a focus on meeting deadlines and contractual obligations.**
**Countries in scope: United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Mexico.**
**What You Will Do:**
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients in the region, acting as a business partner for account management and key client members.
• Manage contract governance by ensuring a thorough understanding of terms and conditions, accounting for all cost elements accurately.
• Prepare monthly client reports and deliver the region’s client budget and forecasts in collaboration with operations teams.
• Generate accurate financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and balance sheet reconciliations, while fulfilling ad-hoc information requests.
• Continuously review and improve cash flow, margins, and reporting, ensuring timely invoicing and management of accounts receivable.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and prepare monthly Corporate P&L and balance sheet reviews with variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining data integrity in client reporting and GWS systems.
• Assist in delivering high-quality GWS and client management information, including annual budgets and management accounts.
**What You Will Need:**
• A Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent); higher educational qualifications are desirable.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Experience in supporting processes for the AMS region, experience in the FM industry is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and IT skills for reporting, with the ability to align strategic objectives with hands-on delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English, capable of engaging with all levels of staff and clients.
• Experience in a complex multinational environment, demonstrating results through collaboration.
• Strong commercial acumen and decision-making abilities, with familiarity in JDE and Adaptive Client Reporting System.
• The ability to influence senior management and work effectively in a matrix environment.
• A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach, committed to continuous improvement and customer service.
