Senior Finance Analyst - Accounts Receivable

Client Finance - JLL Business Service (Gurugram)

What this job involves:

Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently using Ariba and JD Edwards systemsReview and validate billing information including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receiptsResolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with established billing procedures and accounting principlesGenerate and distribute recurring invoices according to established schedulesMonitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding paymentsReconcile billing accounts and prepare month-end reportsMaintaining Funding log & preparing reconciliationQuery handling – Promptly resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries. Track pending queries for immediate resolution and follow up on remaining issues.Keeping all the process-related documents intact on a real-time basis

Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve billing issuesCommunicate effectively with customers regarding invoice inquiriesSupport auditing processes by providing required billing documentationParticipate in process improvement initiatives for billing operations

3-6 years of experienceMotivated, positive and flexible in approach to work.Proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions.Self – supporting; diligent.Ability to work methodically and efficiently.Process-driven approach to work.Ability to deliver to tight deadlines.Ability to learn quickly, and desire to develop.Customer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problems.Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.Intermediate / Advanced PC skills, proficient in Office tools, such as Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel.Familiarity with JDE E1 financial is advantageous
