About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the LNRS Finance team supporting our ICIS business. This role offers the opportunity to work in a commercially focused environment, partnering with colleagues across finance and business functions, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to support informed decision-makingProduce and interpret financial reports, driving operational insights and actionsDevelop and apply key performance metrics, especially around transactional revenueLead budgeting and forecasting processes with clarity and rigourPartner with centralised teams including Accounting Services, Reporting & Analysis, and Global TransactionsMonitor investment projects and provide challenge on deliverables and milestonesSupport financial controls and asset safeguardingRespond to ad-hoc analysis requests from finance and business stakeholders

Requirements

Strong foundation in accounting principles (posting journals not required)Ability to influence and engage stakeholders to support transparent forecastingSelf-motivation and commitment to high-quality outcomesAttention to detail and analytical mindsetCuriosity and drive for continuous improvementAdaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environmentClear and confident communication skillsProfessional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Proficiency in Excel and financial analysisExperience in:Preparing monthly financials and reviewing control accountsDelivering reports to finance and business teamsParticipating in budgeting and forecasting cycles
