Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Are you a Finance professional with strong analytical skills? Emerson has just the opportunity for you! We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Pressure Management Finance team. You will support Singapore's month-end closing and forecasting and partner with various sales leaders in the AP Region.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Support Singapore site month end closing and forecasting including the preparation of P&L and asset management report. Asia Pacific FP&A, providing in depth analysis on business trend, cost driver, financial bridges etc. Business Partnering with SEAT/Korea/Japan sales leaders to support timely decision making and drive growth. Prepare monthly headcount report and provide necessary bridges on headcount movement Support the preparation of Incentive Plan for regional sales leaders. Prepare non-routine business presentations and reporting requirements when necessary.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in audit and/or FP&A. Meticulous, strong with financial analysis and able to handle tight deadlines. A great teammate who makes effort to understand the Company business and be able with work with different level of management. Strong communication skills with language proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external customers. Strong in excel and analytics tools.
