Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond._ **What you will do:** A new opportunity is available within the ICHQ Finance Controllership team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting core finance functions including audits, process compliance, and operational finance activities. Key responsibilities include: + Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in line with corporate timelines. + Independently manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including vendor and customer reconciliations, resolving disputes, and tracking aging reports. + Liaise with internal teams and external auditors to support Statutory Audit and Internal Audit requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submission of schedules, reports, and documentation. + Prepare and review process documentation, suggest automation opportunities, and support implementation of process improvements. + Ensure adherence to company accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. + Assist in preparation and review of monthly financial statements, cost reports, and management dashboards. + Drive compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations; coordinate with consultants and internal tax teams for filings and reconciliations. + Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and support operational finance initiatives. + Handle foreign payment documentation and coordination, ensuring all prerequisites are met for accurate and timely execution. + Travel Requirements : No + Language requirements - English (read, write, speak) **Qualification You must have:** + A qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of post-qualification experience / Cost Accountant with 6 + years of experience in finance accounting roles. + Strong knowledge of accounting principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations (GST, TDS). + Prior exposure to Statutory and Internal Audits, including audit readiness and closure. + Knowledge of SAP is a must + Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, VBA, Power BI and Power Automate + Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable processes. + Experience in documenting SOPs/process notes and implementing process enhancements. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision. **Qualifications we prefer:** Certification in IND-AS is preferred **What we offer** + Daycare for young children + Advancement programs to enhance education skills + Flexible work schedules + Leadership and training programs + Comprehensive benefits, savings, and pension plans + Financial support for parental leave + Reward programs for outstanding work **Role type** : Please ensure the role type (defined below) is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. **Hybrid:** Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.
