**Meaningful Work From Day One** This role is to provide support and analytical insight to the local business team in the organization, working very closely with Marketing and Commercial functions. As finance business partner the incumbent will interact with the Sales, the Trade/Customer Marketing, and the Marketing teams as well as the other departments to actively drive business decisions. This person will work directly with the Finance Manager. **What You Can Expect** Being business partner, you will: + Analytical lead for commercial units by preparing meaningful and actionable reporting including budget reporting, variance analysis, depletions reporting + Be the first point of contact for marketing - Brand Expense Budget controlling + Support regional brand leadership with analysis of brand performance, effectiveness A&P spend and analytics to support annual strategy + Lead planning cycle for commercial/brand teams including management in systems with a focus on Brand Expense, COGs, and SG&A. + Responsibility for integrity of data, variance analysis and management of reports with a focus on Brand Expense, COGs, and SG&A. + Coordinate in cooperation w/other team members and departments Month-End-Closing process + Develop and maintain local management reporting and forecasting tools. + Support preparation of presentations relating to Actuals, budget, and forecasts. + Ad-hoc analysis, special projects and support in all other areas of the Finance Team + Represent finance department in special, cross-functional projects + Support Finance Director in daily basis Finance department activitiesProvide financial base for operative decisions and strategic guidelines through profitability analysis on product and customer level + Validate that channel and customer pricing and discounts are accurate. Analyse variances and explain their drivers. + Actively participate in rolling forecast and budget planning, especially with focus on pricing + Analytical support by preparing meaningful and actionable reporting + Proactively partner with BI resource to secure accurate content in the area of pricing and discounts + Support preparation of presentations relating to Actuals, budget, and forecasts + Be responsible for the budget and reporting tasks **What You Bring to the Table** + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance & Accounting or Economy (preferably) + 6+ years of finance experience with a multinational consumer products goods company or equivalent experience. + Fluency in English and Turkish language in everyday work + Strong financial and analytical abilities + Experience with software applications in accounting, budgeting, and valuation techniques, (MS Office, SAP incl.
