Financial Analysis

Provide analytical support and influence for business leaders to support decision makingSupport operations development on financial budget and forecast being a liaison for the financial processes, procedures, overall guidance, compliance and standardsProvide timely financial day-by-day support to local operations team through ongoing meetings and e-mails by the JLL Finance aliasHelp ensure accurate and timely expense recognition and reporting of actual financial resultsPerform critical sense by analyzing expense trend monthly to properly support forecast guidanceFinancial modeling, analysis and compilation of quantitative data to support financial account wide deliverablesSupport cost-savings, process improvement initiatives, identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps and financial risksPursue forecast accuracy and KPI achievements

Reporting

Support and maintain all financial on-going reports, e-mail communications and dashboardsOverseas budget planning activities, consolidating content and performing overall analysisDetailed monthly and forecast analysis, pursuing operations accuracy, applying proper comparisons to ensure adherence with client expectationsCollaborative mindset to work with local operations team, supporting with ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal reports, graphs, charts and presentations, when neededStreamline initiatives to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrityWork ahead of potential needs that may impact ongoing processes by identifying when changes need to be implemented

Teamwork

Be a reliable and trusted team member to both direct management and business partnersParticipate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management toolsUse team Google driver and email aliases data storage, reporting and communicationDemonstrate high level of customer service with business leadership and finance teamCollaborate with team to share and improve technical skillsAssist leaders in researching and identifying budget corrections and work with others to implement change

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred3-7 years related experienceAdvanced Excel skills or GSuite, Experience with PeopleSoft and JD Edwards a plusStrong financial reporting, analytical, and organizational skillsTakes initiative on projects and tasks and can extend support cross-functionallyPossesses the skillset to develop ad-hoc reports and to explain reporting data wellPerforms routine tasks well with the capability to improve processes and efficienciesDrives to meaningful solutions with urgency with the ability to pre-determine the needs of a requestAbility to work both independently efficiently and collaboratively effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity

Estimated total compensation for this position:

100,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
