The position is responsible for preparing monthly closing, rolling forecasts, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, monitoring R&D allocations, and preparing tax provisions. Need to have strong attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

Preparation of actual monthly closingTimely and accurately preparation of rolling forecast (incl. P&L, BS, Cash Flow)Make sure that the transactions are booked in compliance with statutory and US accounting policiesManage GL account reconciliationCoordinate and support external & internal auditCollaborate with plant teams to monitor R&D allocations to meet High-tech tax requirementsPrepare tax provisions and cash tax calculations according to US GAAP & Local GAAPOther ad hoc tasks per requirementRequirements / Qualifications
2 years or above GL experience in manufacturing is preferredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevantGood in English writing and reading; basic English oral communication levelPatient, careful, high integrity, strong Sense of responsibilityTeamwork spiritSkillful at MS software, especially ExcelGood time management skillTop 10 Key Competencies
