Job Description • Lead and schedule daily activities for Field Supervisors. • Inspect aerial and buried fiber construction; document findings accurately. • Manage drop design, permitting, and construction for MDU/Business service orders. • Audit SFU service order drops and construction work. • Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and office staff. • Ensure safety policies are strictly enforced on-site. • Conduct site audits and EPC contractor evaluations. • Monitor project progress and report schedule impacts. • Oversee ONT and fiber inventory, warehouse receiving, and deployment. • Respond to first-level drop escalations and investigate field issues. • Organize and track commercial/MDU drop operations. • Submit and reconcile material purchase orders with managerial approval. • Perform residential field audits, including in varied environments.
