Job Summary
The Senior Field Services Representative performs the day to day services within their assigned region. Responsibilities in this position include performing and completing roof inspections, performing specialized tasks to resolve problems, and providing weekly activity reports within the region. Responsible for prioritizing, scheduling and performing warranty, guarantee and complaint inspections within area of assigned responsibility without direct supervision. And (as unique from the FSR) the Senior FSR serves as a primary back-up to the Area Manager and in those duties exercises a higher degree of responsibility and authority. Such increased responsibilities may include: Claims resolution and legal assistance, working with new product development teams, training and technical assistance. Field work involves Low and Steep Slope roof types. Serves as a mentor for the FSR's in the Region.

Essential Duties

Assist the Area Manager or Senior Area Manager as directed.Perform roofing site inspections as directed.Assist in problem resolution, complaints and provide proper written communication to GAF and GAF owners/customers.Provide technical assistance to internal and external business partners as directed.INSPECTIONS
• Complete roof inspections as directed
• Prioritizing open inspection requests to formulate a productive schedule
• Completing Commercial and Residential Roof inspections including:
• Start ups
• Interims o Finals o Material complaints
• Leak investigations
• Completing timely reports for all completed inspectionsLEAK AND MATERIAL COMPLAINT RESOLUTION
• Support/audit leak investigation process as it relates to following up with roofing contractors assigned leak inspections
• Assist developing and preparing bid documents for warrantable repairs:
• Secure contractors to bid warrantable repairs
• Analyze bids and award contract
• Manage projects for specification compliance
• Approve invoicesREVIEW/ AUDIT FSR INSPECTION REPORTS
• Assist in drawing conclusions and resolutions on inspection requests
• Audit aged inspection reports, to efficiently assist scheduling FSR’s, to assist in reduction of aged inspections

Qualifications Required

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent RequiredAssociate’s Degree (AA) PreferredBachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field Preferred7+ years of roofing experience RequiredRRO Certification through RCI RequiredCTD credential through CSI Preferred

Travel Requirements: 50-60%

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Salary Range: $85,500-$109,250
