Senior Field Service Technician

In this role, you will work directly on mechanical, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, conduct preventive maintenance, manage parts and tools, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. This position plays a key role in supporting our customers and may involve assignments at multiple sites, working across various water treatment technologies. Individuals with experience in HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, diesel and mechanical systems, or construction are strongly encouraged to apply. If you’re driven by innovation, service, and making a real impact, this is an opportunity to bring your skills to a purpose-driven team that’s solving water to create a more sustainable world. **Key Responsibilities:** To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: + Promote and maintain a safe working environment and a safety-first culture + Properly care for and maintain company tools and property + Demonstrate a high-impact culture of innovation, accountability, and empowerment + Collaborate effectively in a team setting + Work independently with minimal supervision + Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving and service execution **Education & Experience Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent required + 2 to 5 years of technical experience in field service, preferably in industrial or commercial process water systems + Ability to obtain customer-specific clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA) + Ability to obtain a DOT medical card + Experience with mechanical, electrical, diesel, or fusion systems (varies by business unit) + Familiarity with Microsoft Office and mobile smart devices + Prior customer-facing experience strongly preferred + Must demonstrate strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills **Occasional travel required – up to 10%** **Compensation:** The estimated salary range for this position is $22 to $28 per hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
