As a Senior Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Automation and Controls business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our premiere showcase site at our global headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This location serves as a hub for innovation and collaboration, providing you with a unique opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals.
\nYou will be working on a 40-hour work week schedule, with overtime as needed to meet business demands. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our Automation and Controls solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
