The Role at a Glance The Senior Field Recruiter at AutoZone plays a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top field leadership and store-level talent across the organization. By leveraging strategic sourcing, market insights, and a candidate-first mindset, this position drives recruiting excellence and ensures a strong pipeline of future leaders aligned with AutoZone’s values and growth. Key Responsibilities + Lead full-cycle recruitment for Field Leadership and Store roles, from sourcing to offer negotiations. + Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify talent needs and build targeted recruiting strategies. + Deliver a world-class candidate experience that reflects AutoZone’s brand, values, and culture. + Present hiring trends, market data, and talent insights to influence recruiting strategies. + Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future leadership opportunities. + Manage KPIs and SLAs with precision, ensuring high-quality hires and process consistency. + Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to stakeholders and candidates alike. + Source creatively using referrals, social media, networking, and labor market data. + Utilize ATS and tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Excel) effectively to track, report, and optimize recruiting performance. What We’re Looking For + Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting, ideally in fast-paced, high-volume environments + Deep understanding of compensation structures, internal equity, and business operations (Store Support Center, Field, Distribution Center). + Strong customer-first mindset with proven ability to exceed expectations for hiring managers and candidates. + Expert-level knowledge of recruiting processes, timelines, and sourcing strategies. + High-level data accuracy and experience managing recruiting metrics through ATS and Excel. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially for mid-senior level and leadership roles. + Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
