Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Field Project Manager to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing small projects with minimal support (<3M)Leading Task Order proposalsDefining project goals and devising methods to accomplish themMonitoring a reporting to management on project progress including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project schedule.  Establishing project budget and monitors progress in meeting budget requirements, tracking project progress with EVM, and certifying CFT monthly for active projects.Forecasting projects and developing ETCs and working with Project Controller to ensure project forecasts are current and accurateDeveloping project documents, processes, and procedures required to support quality control and final project deliverablesCreating risk registers for both projects and RFPs and tracking project risks and mitigation measures through the project lifecycle. 

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or construction-related field (or equivalent)2+ years of related work experience and3+ years in a managerial/leadership role at a field siteProficient in MS ProjectExcellent written and oral communications skillsAbility to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problemsProven ability to perform in a management capacityAbility to guide and motivate othersAdvanced interpersonal and collaboration skills

Salary Range: $52.26 - $91.44
