We are currently seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join our SA Team. What you'll be doing: + Lead the product through its entire lifecycle, from the design-in phase to end-of-life, ensuring flawless execution until system Goes-live.. + Perform detailed technical analysis, including circuit/board troubleshooting and FAR issue resolution, to ensure products meet customer criteria + Offer in-depth technical assistance to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and design houses, ensuring ease of qualification and assisting in issues. + Work closely with customers on joint development initiatives, providing technical expertise to create tailored solutions that meet their requirements. + Actively work towards achieving the Design Wins with Manufacturers + Develop technical solutions including hardware & software demos required for system designs. + Provide onsite support to solve hardware and software problems. + Be a technical specialist on NVIDIA Datacenter products + Establish strong communication channels and collaborative relationships with internal teams to ensure a positive end customer experience. What we need to see: + BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience). + 8+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry, particularly in system design or FAE support roles. + Capable of excelling in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment. + Remarkable talent for effectively managing multiple initiatives and priorities. + Expert analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Strong time-management and organizational skills for coordinating complex projects. + Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both Business and engineering teams. Ways to stand out from the crowd: + 8+ years of working experience in System Design / FAE Role. + In-depth understanding of CPU, GPU and server Baseboard Designs. + Experience with ARM and NVIDIA GPU development. + Experience working with Server Manufacturers.
