Manage product development with teams across multiple sites and functions based on the technology trend and market needsConducts a broad range of activities from early-stage discovery optimization to testing, support and renewal of existing product offerings. Collects, summarizes and communicates results and recommendations to ensure technical specification needs are metAssists in research efforts to improve existing products or create new applications.Support manufacturing technology development to speed up product commercialization.Works independently with minimal guidance, providing guidance to less senior team members. On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*.
