Job Responsibility

Manage product development with teams across multiple sites and functions based on the technology trend and market needsConducts a broad range of activities from early-stage discovery optimization to testing, support and renewal of existing product offerings. Collects, summarizes and communicates results and recommendations to ensure technical specification needs are metAssists in research efforts to improve existing products or create new applications.Support manufacturing technology development to speed up product commercialization.Works independently with minimal guidance, providing guidance to less senior team members. Assignments often require independent judgment and evaluation.Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.Experienced professional with in-depth knowledge in material science, responsible for completing complex tasks requiring interpretation of practices, recommend improvements to the delivery of specialized processes

Qualifications

Master degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Science and Engineering is required.Experience in Polymer/Organic chemistry is required.Experience in formulation development, DOE experience and industrial working experience (510 years) is a plus.Ability to work and communicate effectively within the organization.Independent researcher, as well as team work is required.Fluent in English & Mandarin.Good computer proficiency.Be able to travel to US and within Asia.
